Brief History

Hazelwood Bloodstock was established in 2016 by Adrian and Philippa O’Brien as a boutique boarding stud farm offering permanent and seasonal boarding to a limited number of broodmares and youngstock.

We provide a comprehensive service, including breeding management, foaling and preparation of yearlings for commercial sales.

Vets

Routine veterinary care is provided by resident vet Philippa O’Brien MRCVS. Rossdale and Partners (located just 1⁄2 mile away) provide second opinion and referral services.

Directions

From Exning village, turn into Cotton End Road (signed to Equine Hospital) and follow the road for 1 mile. Go past Landwade Road on the left and Red House Stud is the next property on the right hand side.
